Diagnosis
Diagnosis_genus: Ellobiocystis Coutière 1911. Ectocommensal of pelagic crustaceans (saprophytic), generally localised in the mouth piece of the host. Parasite ovoid to cylindro-conical, sometime articulated and pedunculated.
Diagnosis_Species: Ellobiocystis tenuis Coutière 1911. Fixed to the host, without penetration. Narrow tubes having 1 mm long, with two articles and short peduncle.
